Processing time for pre-order wigs, Custom Wigs, Wig revamps, Bundles are 7 business days. Shipping time is 4-7 business days. International shipping times estimate 5-7 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday. Overnight shipping happens after the processing time, not immediately after placing your order. Holidays are not included. Please note that orders placed over the weekend will begin the processing time the following business day. The address on your billing information must match your shipping address.

Once your order is placed, it cannot be modified, canceled, exchanged or refunded. Please ensure the sizing of your wig is correct prior to checkout. Please carefully review your entire order prior to checkout.

JaeWay Extensions is not responsible for any improperly fitted wigs. Before purchasing a unit, please be sure to properly measure your head. Wig measuring is based on the circumference of your head in inches, measured with measuring tape. Please do this prior to selecting cap size.
