There is minimum time required in styling hair for the day, allowing you to be ready to slay with a fraction of the cost for a salon install/style on a daily basis. Saving you hundreds of dollars a month.

Due to current changes with Tariffs, Processing times for Pre-order wigs and Build your own Wigs are 3-4 weeks. Processing time starts from the date of your order. If your order falls on a non business day then processing time will start on the next occurring business day. Shipping time is 4-7 business days. International shipping times estimate 5-7 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday. Overnight shipping happens after the processing time, not immediately after placing your order. Holidays are not included. Please note that orders placed over the weekend will begin the processing time the following business day. The address on your billing information must match your shipping address.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. However, once your order has been received, you have 48 hours to contact us via email if there are any issues with the order and we will try our best to work with you on a solution. The items purchased must be in original condition (no lace cut), to be eligible for accommodation. There is a $75 service fee applied toward any refund or exchange as work begins immediately after order placement. Please ensure the sizing of your wig is correct prior to checkout. JaeWay Extensions is not responsible for any improperly fitted wigs. Before purchasing a unit, please be sure to properly measure your head. Wig measuring is based on the circumference of your head in inches, measured with measuring tape. Please do this prior to selecting cap size.
