Refund policy

Due to the nature of the product, exchanges and returns are not accepted. JaeWay Extensions LLC is not responsible for any improperly fitted wigs. We highly advise that you measure your head circumference prior to purchasing a unit. All units are non-refundable unless there is a mistake on our behalf. In this case you have 48 hours upon receipt of merchandise to contact JaeWay Extensions LLC. Any item presented for return MUST be in NEW condition, Do NOT cut lace or alter items in any way prior to contacting JaeWay Extensions LLC. There is a $75 service fee applied toward any refund or exchange as work begins immediately after order placement.
