Shipping policy

Processing times for Signature Remakes, Build your own Wig (Custom wig), and Bundle/Closure orders are 7-10 business days. Processing time starts from the date of your order. If your order falls on a non business day then processing time will start on the next occurring business day. 

All orders require payment authorization form to be completed within 24 hours of completing your order. Failure to do so will result in delay or cancellation of your order. 

All Ready to ship wigs will ship within 2-3 business days of order placement. 

Shipping time begins after processing and is 4-7 business days. International shipping times estimate 5-7 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday. Overnight shipping happens after the processing time, not immediately after placing your order. Holidays are not included. Please note that orders placed over the weekend will begin the processing time the following business day.

The address on your billing information must match your shipping address. Orders in the US are shipped via UPS or USPS, International orders may ship with UPS or USPS. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via your email. Please allow up to 48 business hours for tracking to fully update. Once USPS or UPS has possession of your parcel, we are no longer responsible for any damages that may occur during shipment nor are we responsible for any lost/stolen packages.
